✪ I’ve spent the majority of my early twenties gaining relevant experience in the Health & Social Care Sector.

✪ I started from the ground up, to ensure I could fully grasp what it takes to establish a flourishing and successful service for children and vulnerable adults.

✪ I have held project lead the set-up and efficient running of Childrens Homes and Supported Accommodations.

✪ This includes ensuring that regulatory standards are met and adhered to, by all staff.

✪ Playing a lead role in any safeguarding matters. Ensuring health & Safety standards and safer recruitment requirements are met.

✪ Managing budget’s/cash flow systems and ensuring they are used appropriately and any problems are quickly rectified.

✪ Leading the development of new services and implementation of our policies and procedures.

✪ Having regard to legislation, local needs and best practice.

✪ Providing mentorship and supervision to other managers and staff. Making sure staff are well trained and supported.

✪ Providing effective and timely communications to stakeholders, including social workers, commissioners and brokerage teams.

✪ Assisting in creating a healthy and positive environment for our service users to live in and staff to work in.

✪ I’m a very passionate, approachable, professional and forward thinking individual. I’m a firm believer that it’s better to be proactive than reactive!
